The Guarantee

We stand behind Market Masher because we use it ourselves and we know it works. But we also know software is not one-size-fits-all, and we would rather give you your money back than have you stuck with a tool that doesn't fit your workflow.

The 14-day window starts on the date of your initial purchase, not the date you first log in or first use a feature. If you are unsure how many days remain, check your purchase confirmation email for the original transaction date.

What Is Covered

  Monthly Subscriptions

  Your first payment is covered by the 14-day guarantee. Subsequent monthly renewals are not eligible for a refund once the billing cycle has started.

  Standard Lifetime Deals

  Fully covered by the 14-day guarantee from the date of purchase. After 14 days, all sales are final.

  Broken Functionality

  If something in the platform is genuinely broken, report it to [email protected] and we will have 10 business days to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve it within that window, you are eligible for a refund regardless of where you are in the 14-day period.

  Upgrade Purchases

  If you upgrade to a higher-tier plan within the 14-day window of your original purchase, the upgrade is covered under the same original 14-day window, not a new one.

Exclusions

The following purchases are not eligible for a refund under this guarantee. Please read this section carefully before purchasing.

Additional Items Not Covered by This Guarantee

  Requests After 14 Days

  Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the original purchase date will not be honored, except where required by applicable law.

  Credits Already Consumed

  Any Starter Credits or Masher Credits that have already been used to run tasks cannot be refunded. Only the unused portion of a subscription may be considered.

  Personal Results

  The guarantee covers the functionality of the software, not your personal results, campaign performance, revenue outcomes, or business success. We cannot guarantee how effective or ineffective your use of the platform will be.

  Third-Party API or Platform Changes

  Market Masher integrates with third-party services including social media platforms and AI providers. If a change made by a third party causes a feature to become unavailable or to behave differently, this does not entitle you to a refund. We will work to adapt to those changes as quickly as possible.

  Service Access After Refund Request

  Once a refund is issued, your account access is revoked immediately. If you access the platform after submitting a refund request but before it is processed, the refund request may be voided.

  Accidental or Third-Party Purchases

  There is no such thing as an accidental purchase under these terms. Any purchase made by you or on your behalf, by a team member, contractor, or anyone else you authorized, is subject to this policy. Consider all purchases carefully before completing them.

Important Terms

Functionality Guarantee, Not a Results Guarantee

This guarantee covers the functionality of Market Masher as described on the sales page at the time of purchase. We cannot be responsible for how you use the software, how much time you invest, or the business results you achieve. Only the functionality of the platform itself is covered.

Reporting Broken Features

If you encounter a feature that is not working as described, you must report it to us before requesting a refund. Contact [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. We will have 10 business days to investigate and resolve it. If we cannot fix the issue within that window, a refund will be issued.

Paid Licenses Are Not Trial Software

Market Masher does offer a free trial, it's called the Try Before You Buy plan, and it comes with 300 Starter Credits at no cost. That trial is available to anyone who wants to explore the platform before spending a dollar. The free trial expires when your 300 Starter Credits run out. If you want to try Market Masher before buying, sign up for the Try Before You Buy plan.

A paid license is a different thing entirely. When you purchase a plan, you are not buying trial access, you are buying a full license. The 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is how we protect that purchase: you pay upfront, you get full access immediately, and if at any point within 14 days you decide it is not right for you, you ask for your money back and we return it. No trial period, no restricted access, full software, paid upfront, with a 14-day window to change your mind.

One Guarantee Per Customer

The 14-day satisfaction guarantee applies once per customer per product. It cannot be used repeatedly across multiple purchase cycles of the same product to gain extended free access.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests are straightforward. Follow these steps and we will process your request promptly.

  Submit a Request Within 14 Days

  You can reach us one of two ways, whichever is faster for you. File a support ticket directly inside the Market Masher platform using the Help & Support menu, or send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request." Either way, include your name, the email address used at purchase, and your order number or transaction ID.

  No Explanation Required

  You do not need to provide a reason. We may ask for optional feedback to help us improve, but your refund will not be conditioned on your response.

  Processing Time

  We will confirm receipt of your request within 1 business day and process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

  Account Access Revoked

  Once a refund is confirmed and processed, your Market Masher account access will be revoked. Any Starter Credits remaining in your account are forfeited at that point.

EU & UK Consumer Rights

Our 14-day satisfaction guarantee aligns with and does not diminish the statutory rights that apply to consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom. These rights exist independently of our commercial guarantee.

EU Consumers, Right of Withdrawal

Users who are European Consumers are granted a statutory right to withdraw from contracts entered into online within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, under EU consumer law. Users who correctly exercise this right will be reimbursed for all payments made, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date the Owner receives the withdrawal notice.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a clear and unambiguous written notice to [email protected] before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

UK Consumers, Right to Cancel

Users who are Consumers in the United Kingdom have a legal right to cancel contracts made online within 14 days, for any reason, under UK consumer law. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date the Owner is informed of the decision to cancel.
